Shipping Timeline
You MUST ship within 3 business days of payment.
1. Go to Order Details → View your order at /account/orders/{order_id}
2. Choose Shipping Method → Purchase label or enter external tracking
3. Package Securely → Use proper materials (see Packaging section)
4. Ship & Update → Drop off package and mark as shipped
5. Payout Released → 7 days (under $500) or 14 days ($500+) after delivery
Option 1: Envelope Shipping (Under $50 Only)
Best for: Single cards, small orders under $50
How It Works
- Purchase a TCGTracking envelope label directly from your order page ($0.16-0.30 label fee)
- Print the PDF label on a #10 envelope or tape it on any envelope
- Add your own USPS Forever stamp ($0.73)
- Drop in any mailbox
- Automatic seller protection up to $50 included (no extra insurance needed)

- USPS Intelligent Mail tracking included
- Seller protection up to $50 (Double Holo covers lost/damaged packages)
- No need to visit post office
Requirements
- Order total must be under $50
- Use toploader + team bag for cards

- USPS tracking barcode must be scanned
Option 2: Tracked Shipping ($50+)
Required for all orders $50 and above.
Purchase Label Through Double Holo
1. Click "Purchase Shipping Label" on order page
2. Enter Package Dimensions:
- Save common dimensions as "Parcel Profiles" for future use
- Example: Standard Card - 8" x 4" x 1", 5 oz
3. Select Return Address:
- Choose from saved addresses or add new
- Must be your valid return address
4. Choose Carrier & Service:
- View real-time rates from USPS, UPS, FedEx
- Insurance and signature options displayed
- $0.15 platform fee per label
5. Add Protection (if needed):
- Insurance: Strongly recommended for $100+, REQUIRED for $500+
- Signature Confirmation: REQUIRED for $500+
6. Purchase & Print:
- Label purchased and added to order automatically
- Print PDF label and attach to package
- Tracking updates automatically
Use Your Own Label
1. Purchase label from USPS, UPS, or FedEx
2. Return to order page and select "Enter Tracking Manually"
3. Enter tracking number and carrier
4. Mark order as shipped
5. Important: You must handle insurance claims directly with carrier.

High-Value Orders ($500+)
Mandatory Requirements
✅ Tracking - Must include tracking number
✅ Signature Confirmation - Recipient must sign upon delivery
✅ Full Insurance - Must insure for complete transaction value
✅ Extended Hold - 14-day payout hold (vs 7 days)
Why These Requirements?
- Signature Confirmation: Prevents "package not received" fraud. Proves delivery to correct recipient.
- Full Insurance: Ensures you can be reimbursed if package is lost or damaged by carrier.
- Extended Hold: Provides additional time for delivery verification before payout.
⚠️ Critical Warning
If you fail to meet these requirements for $500+ orders:
- You will NOT be eligible for seller protection
- Buyer disputes may result in automatic refunds
- You could lose both the item AND payment
- Account suspension possible for repeat violations
Packaging Guidelines
Single Raw Cards
1. Card in penny sleeve
2. Sleeve into toploader
3. Toploader into team bag
4. Tape toploader closed (NOT on card surface)
5. Place in bubble mailer or rigid mailer
6. Optional: Add cardboard padding on both sides
Graded Slabs (PSA, CGC, BGS, TAG)
1. Wrap slab in bubble wrap (2-3 layers)
2. Add cardboard padding on both sides
3. Place in bubble mailer or small box
4. Fill empty space with packing material
5. Ensure slab cannot shift during transit
Envelope Shipping Packaging
1. Card in penny sleeve + toploader
2. Toploader in team bag, taped closed
3. Optional: Place between two pieces of cardboard
4. Use standard #10 envelope or rigid mailer
5. Can mark envelope "DO NOT BEND" if desired
⚠️ Packaging Warning
Cards damaged due to inadequate packaging are the seller's responsibility. Even if you purchased insurance, claims may be denied if packaging was insufficient. Always package as if the box will be dropped, thrown, or crushed.
Seller Protection Coverage
✅ You ARE Protected When:
- Tracking shows delivered to buyer's address
- Item matches listing description and photos
- Shipped within 3 business days
- Used tracking for $50+ orders
- Used signature + insurance for $500+ orders
- Shipped to address provided by Double Holo
- Envelope shipping (under $50): Package lost/damaged up to $50
- Tracked shipping with insurance: Covered by insurance amount purchased
❌ You ARE NOT Protected When:
- No tracking on $50+ orders
- No signature/insurance on $500+ orders
- Shipped to wrong address (not provided by platform)
- Item materially different from listing
- Inadequate packaging causes damage
- Package lost/damaged and you did NOT purchase insurance (except envelope shipping under $50)
- Late shipment (beyond 3 business days)
🚨 Critical: Insurance Protects YOU
If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier and you did NOT purchase insurance:
- The buyer receives a full refund from Double Holo
- You lose both the item AND the payment
- Double Holo cannot reimburse you for the loss
- This is true even if you followed all other requirements
Insurance is MANDATORY for $500+ orders and STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for all orders $100+. The small cost of insurance ($2-5 for most packages) protects you from losing hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Troubleshooting & Help
Shipping Label Issues
If you purchased a label with wrong dimensions or wrong return address:
1. Click "Get Help with Shipping" on order page
2. Select issue type (wrong dimensions, wrong return address, etc.)
3. Request shipping reset (allowed once per order)
4. Re-purchase label with correct information
Tracking Not Updating
- Wait 24-48 hours - Initial scan can be delayed
- Check carrier's website directly with tracking number
- USPS packages may not scan until first hub
- Contact carrier if no scans after 3 business days
Buyer Disputes
- Respond within 72 hours with evidence
- Provide photos, tracking, and delivery confirmation
- Double Holo sides with sellers when documentation is complete

Package Lost or Damaged
If you purchased insurance:
1. File claim through Xcover (you will receive the email after purchasing the insurance coverage through Double Holo)
2. Provide tracking number and photos (if damaged)
3. Claims process within 7-14 days
4. Insurance covers full insured value
If you did NOT purchase insurance:
- Envelope shipping (under $50): File claim through Double Holo support (up to $50 covered)
- All other orders: You bear the full financial loss (buyer is refunded, you lose payment)
