Delete Your Double Holo Account
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request that your Double Holo account and associated data be deleted by following these steps:
1. Email us at support@doubleholo.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
2. Include the email address associated with your Double Holo account
3. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (username, email, avatar, bio)
- Saved shipping addresses
- Wishlist and watchlist entries
- Custom alert configurations
- Portfolio and collection data
- Login credentials and authentication tokens
What Data Is Retained
Certain data is retained for legal, financial, and fraud prevention purposes:
- Transaction records (order history, payment records, payout history) — retained for 7 years as required for tax and financial compliance
- Stripe payment data — managed by Stripe per their https://stripe.com/privacy
- Communications related to disputes or chargebacks — retained until the dispute is fully resolved
Retained transaction records are anonymized where possible and are not used for marketing or analytics after account deletion.
Important Notes
- If you have pending orders, active trades, or unreleased payouts, please resolve these before requesting deletion. We may need to delay deletion until open transactions are settled.
- If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled as part of the deletion process.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
